What is the difference between certified diamonds and uncertified diamonds?

Certified diamonds have had their quality examined and confirmed by a major laboratory. You will receive a third party appraisal when you receive your purchase. This certificate of appraisal will give you the security that the information from our representation is accurate. However, if a diamond is not appraised by a major lab then you do not have the security and accuracy as its counterpart. All diamonds from Lumiere Diamond Co are certified.

How are your prices so competitive for certified diamonds?

We strive to provide the best value for our consumers. Since we are a diamond wholesaler, our sales volume is way larger, compared to other jewelry stores. Therefore, we can offer higher quality diamonds at much lower prices.

Do you provide a Warranty on your products?

I am looking for a stone with certain specifications but I cannot find it on your website.

Lumière Diamond Co has a huge selection of stones with many different specifications. If you are looking for a stone with certain qualities then please call one of our diamond specialists at 800-656-7170 and we will be able to assist you in getting the exact stone that you are looking for.

Do you deliver on Saturday?

Lumière Diamond Co. offers Saturday delivery with an additional charge. Please read more about this in our shipping policy.

Are your diamonds enhanced or treated in any way?

It is our policy not to sell diamonds that have been enhanced or treated. We do not sell stones that have been fracture filled or laser drilled. Stones that have been treated or enhanced are considerably cheaper, and it is against our policy to sell them.

Do you charge Sales Tax?

We do not charge sales tax for all sales outside of the state of California.

I see a diamond that I like but I would like a different setting. Is that available?

Lumière Diamond Co. is here to best fulfill your needs. We can change the setting to your preference on most occasions. Please call one of our sales agents at 800-656-7170 and they will further assist you.

What is your policy on conflict diamonds?

Lumière Diamond Co. along with the global diamond industry, has a zero-tolerance policy toward conflict diamonds. We only purchase diamonds through large and respectable suppliers, who like us, proudly adhere to the standards established by the Kimberly Process. The Kimberly Process tracks diamonds from mine to market and is an industry leader in partnership with the United Nations, governments, and non-governmental organizations. Lumiere Diamond Co. does not engage in any trade of illegal diamonds. All of our diamonds are conflict free. If we find any of our suppliers violating this process then we will immediately part our relationship.

Do you offer Upgrades?

Lumière Diamond Co. guarantees a lifetime trade-up for all of your diamonds. We give you the opportunity to buy now what you can afford, and later upgrade for a more costly and valuable diamond. Please read additional information on our terms.
