Shipping Information:
Most orders will be shipped within 2-3 days, some special items such as fancy cut diamond stud earrings might take up to 5 days. Please contact us for the exact handling time of your order.
We ship worldwide with current exceptions of France and India.
US shipping carriers are UPS and USPS. International orders are shipped using FedEx Express or USPS International.
All orders will be shipped to credit card billing address, or PayPal verified address. Orders paid with Bank Wire are allowed any alternative shipping address.
Return Policy:
If you are not 100% satisfied you may exchange/return your item for full refund & receive 100% of your money back.
You have 30 days to reconsider your decision, whether you would like to upgrade, exchange, or return your purchase. The package must be postmarked within the return policy timeline, and the item must be in its original condition, packaging material, and sent without signs of wear or use. Custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Return Process:
- Please return your item with all the original packaging and accompanied materials in same brand new, unused, and unworn condition.
- Lumière Diamond Co. is not responsible for any of lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments. We highly recommend insuring your return shipment for the original purchase price. For security reasons please do not write "Diamond" anywhere on the outside of the box.

Important notes:
- If the item is returned after the 30 days of the original receipt the item is exchangeable for store credit or 25% restocking fee will be deducted toward a refund
- Items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be returned.
- Custom items are non refundable
- Return shipping and handling rates are buyers’ responsibility.
- If a return is sent without the originally provided jewelry box, or the box is damaged a $10.00 replacement fee will be charged.
- Items must be returned with the original Diamond Certified Appraisal or a $100.00 replacement fee is charged.
Product Replacement
When you purchase our products, you receive a Guarantee Certificate. It guarantees that your product shall be replaced free of cost in the event of any manufacturing defect. Remember, to avail a free replacement, you must arrange for the product to be delivered at our office at your own cost within fifteen days of receiving the product.
Money Back Guarantee
If you purchase our products and are not satisfied with the Jewelry, we shall refund your money. Remember, you must return the Jewelry to us within 30 days to claim the refund.
